Victor Escalona

With more than 20 years creating companies center-based in packages Victor consolidated his broad technical and business experience designing an outstanding business solution for modern company’s needs: Baraka, a tactical consulting team focused into providing its technical knowledge into ideas and projects to take your business to the next level. Victor spent 8 years at Procter and Gamble in the area of Research and Development focused in Package Development, and leave it to create his own manufacturing enterprise with operations in 4 countries in Latin America and US, providing optimization solutions and lifting technical barriers for clients such as Coca Cola, ABInBev, Nestlé among others. Along with is participation in successful businesses in different industrial areas, he has been part of boards of renown packaging associations and several companies. For him impossible is just something that has not been tried properly yet.

Ernesto Marquez

Ernesto has deep experience in researching packaging structures and printing platforms, working side by side with DuPont, Dow, Sunchemical, Esko and top suppliers in the world, delivering solutions with high consumer appealing and millions in savings. Ernesto has more than 10 years of experience in R&D at Procter and Gamble and more than +8 years in the consultancy business, providing technical solutions for different companies Globally with main focus in complexity reduction, platforms standardization, product fit for use and sustainability. Ernesto leads all Baraka´s technical training programs, not just delivering solutions for your business needs but also preparing your team to maximize their outcomes.
